Holiday Lights 2012

Major backlog! A new year begins, and I haven’t gotten around to posting all the holiday pics I had taken during the past month, ugh! Most of these were taken a few days before our trip to Portland for the holidays…

But first, I have great news:  I guess I wasn’t *too* naughty last year. Santa brought me an early Christmas present–a new camera that can handle low lighting (my Sony point & shoot I’ve had since 2007 is great during the day, but fares horribly at night). I still have lots to learn about all its features, and trial and error is typically the best way I learn anyhow.
