It’s the 2nd day into the new year and I haven’t quite posted all the incredible desserts I’ve salivated over and indulged in while living in San Diego…and now hurtin’ for.
So…I’m giving myself through mid-January. I firmly believe I can pull it off this time ’round (positive affirmation; gotta start the new year right, y’know).

I know this looks a little messy (the sauce did a few somersaults before I opened the container, haha)

Bread pudding is made by one of the Influx coffeehouse owners and not a regular menu item. Every once in awhile, I got lucky. She uses the dough from their assortment of pastries. You’d be hard pressed to find a better tasting bread pudding anywhere.

I may as well admit it, this was the catalyst for my own attempts.
