I’m convinced I was a good girl last year, no, make that very good. For our 4th date, Jeff and I went to Hot Springs, Arkansas. He had brought up seeing the historic bath houses after our first date, and I was finally taking him up on it.
I still had the yucky flu and brought along my arsenal of drinks to stave off from getting worse. While I thought I was in mood for another round of fish tacos, I changed my mind at the last second when I spotted the Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot we pulled into. Cracker Barrel spells “comfort food” for me: biscuits, corn bread muffins, and Chicken and Dumplings. It was exactly what I needed!
The after-dinner treat was seeing the spectacular display of Xmas lights near Bathhouse Row. BTW, all these photos are compliments of Jeff, my pro-bono guest photographer.

You can’t tell me the world isn’t a better place during the holidays! Be still my heart.

Whaaa? That’s water flowing down from the hillside (see next pic for illustration)

Stay tuned for the million photos of Bathhouse Row taken the next day (during the daytime)…
