Best turkey burger ever!
This recipe is super easy… and super delicious too (I adapted the Seasoned Turkey Burgers recipe found on Allrecipes.com). It only takes 5 minutes to cook on our George Foreman Grill.
The 7 things you’ll need
After everything is mixed… and divied up into 4 patties
Note: The patties are sticky, but you won’t mind too much once ya take a bite
‘Twas the 2nd time we ever made it (was also when we fine-tuned the measurements)
My sweetie had “assembled” it for me; my layering is different from his :p
Dinner last night (our 4th time using this recipe)
I always stack the lettuce and tomato on top of the cheese and turkey
Throw in some veggie chips for good measure

Healthful and yummy…what more could you ask for?!
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 package of a 1 oz. Lipton dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic (we buy the jar)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- Thaw ground turkey (if frozen).
- Lightly beat one egg.
- Preheat grill.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Form into 4 patties (they’re really gooey, you might have to form them on the grill). Cook (on our George Foreman Grill, 5 minutes is perfect). Before patties are done cooking, toast or warm-up hamburger buns.
Coming up next is Panettone.
