Burger-licious

With this warming trend, it’s almost grilling season here in Memphis. Lemme just say people take their grilling seriously out here. Practically everyone has a grill…..or two. That’s not to say I have one ’cause I most certainly do not.

But *if* I did have access to a grill, my burgers would look like this–with the exact fixins you see here–except with hamburger buns. :p

Let me introduce you to my special ingredient. World: Meet Spicy. Spicy: Meet World.

While I’m really a wuss when it comes to hot & spicy, I can tolerate the spices pretty well

Why helloooo there, hotttt schtuff

Of course, I believe that no meal is complete without dessert. There are no Marie Callender’s restaurants ’round these parts, so this was the next best thing.

The other seasoning I like for steaks is Dakota Maple Pepper with Garlic. Hmmm, maybe I need a grill after all. :p

Here’s my own attempt at making Chocolate Satin Pie.
