This coffee is good to the last droppings!

It’s true, the world’s most expensive coffee, the Kopi Luwak, comes out the rear end of palm civets in Indonesia. The civets go in search for the ripest, reddest coffee berries. Apparently, the undigested coffee beans mixed with the enzymes of the civet’s digestive system makes for a wonderful coffee flavor after the beans are cleaned and roasted.

The Kopi Luwak sells anywhere from $120-$600 per pound (Forbes has it listed as $160/lb). Next time you hear someone say, “This coffee is da shit!” ask them to clarify which meaning. Hahaha.
