World’s Most Expensive Fruitcake

I’m beginning to realize that all these expensive desserts are decorated with jewels.
This fruitcake in Japan was priced at $1.6 million during the holiday season a few years back. Aside from the 223 small diamonds, it’s certainly a beauuuutiful cake. The deep red frosting is the perfect Christmas color. I know, I’m getting ahead of myself talking about the holidays already!
