Unlike the #1 World’s Most Expensive Dessert, this one is much more affordable. The Fortress Aquamarine is only a mere $14,500…in Sri Lanka. And while this comes with a 80-carat aquamarine gem for a souvenir, the exotic fruits are served inside a beautiful handmade glass. The handmade chocolate stilt fisherman adds to its uniqueness.

The colors of this “artwork” is amazing. I don’t know about you…. but this would bring new meaning to “food experience” because it’d be difficult not staring at this mesmerizing gem while savoring every morsel.
