My mind is made up. My hiatus is officially over. I hadn’t fallen off the face of the earth. I didn’t abandon this blog/site. I truly hadn’t planned on taking this long a break, but somehow it worked out that way. Every day week that passed, I felt guilty not posting all the cool photos I had taken but couldn’t bring myself to do it. A whole host of other schtuff came up like working 9-10 hour days (most of it fundraising in the icky Summer humidity); recuperating during my free time (dunno ’bout y’all but humidity is exhausting for me); coming up with a marketing plan for a business I’m gung-ho in pursuing (yeahhh baaaaby!); being “distracted” (not gonna say too much about this except it has been an unexpectedly pleasant distraction, to say the least); and feeling under the weather the past couple of weeks from the change in temps (goodbye Summer).
Now that I’m baaaaaaack, lemme start with this.
I never thought twice about cheesecake. Even when I lived in cities where Cheesecake Factory was less than 20 minutes away, it generally ranked low on my list of dessert wants. Well……….
It took moving to Memphis to get me hooked!!! Cheesecake Corner has unusual, incredible flavors like these two.
You’re mouth is watering. It won’t do you any good to deny it.

And to think I almost forgot to mention that on their menu, I counted over 75+ flavors. You know what that means….yep, expect to see a lot more cheesecakes!
