Giveaway: Choose from seven $25 gift cards

I am waaaay behind in posting, it isn’t even funny. So lemme get back on track, STAT.

This giveaway marks the one year anniversary of this blog (I’m a couple of weeks overdue, but still!). Because of my tardiness in posting, I’ll cut to the chase.

I’m giving away a total of 5 prizes (1 grand prize + 4 runner-ups). The grand prize is a $25 gift card of your choice (see 1st photo below). The 3 runner-up prizes are $10 Subway gift cards. The last prize is a $5 Starbucks gift card.

Your $25 gift card choices are:

  • Blockbuster – I’m super behind in watching movies…I can’t be the only one!
  • Ebay – bid, bid, bid!
  • Barnes & Noble – because you’re a bibliophile!
  • Best Buy – maybe your electronics need “upgrading”?
  • Home Depot – because summer is almost over and you’ve put off doing any home projects long enough!
  • Footlocker – if you’re like me, you’re in the market of buying new athletic footwear…Mizuno and Nike are my top contenders so far!
  • Starbucks – ’cause getting a hit of caffeine makes everything instantly better!

My all-time favorite dessert is Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Drawing will close on Saturday, September 5th @ 9pm PT. One entry per person, please. Limited to United States and Canadian residents only. All 5 winners will be chosen at random (not based on responses) using Random Integer Generator and will be announced Sunday morning. If a winner has been chosen but did not answer all the questions, disqualification will occur.

  3. My favorite dessert is a twisted fried dough called a kliner that my mom makes. They are not too sweet and are perfect with coffee. If I won, I would choose a gift card to Best Buy so I could get some ink (boring, I know). I love your blog plan on coming back to try some of your recipes.

    1. My favorite all time desert is Homemade Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream melted on top of it, YUMMM, I am drooling just at the thought of it.

    2. I have to say I would love to choose the Ebay Gift Card! I love to shop on Ebay, and I love to purchase unique hard to find gifts on Ebay too! It is hard for me as a busy mom of 3 young children to spend time shopping in the malls and stores so if I can shop late at night in the comfort of my home and purchase items at great deals, that is what I find Ebay so perfect for!

  11. My fave dessert is Terimisu (sp?) I freakin love it! My ex got me started on it, and now I wake up in the middle of the night craving it!
    I would choose the Best Buy Gift Card because I’ve been wanting to get the last season of Buffy forever and havn’t had the money! This would rock!

    My favorite dessert is ice cream, any flavor except coffee.

    I think the Best Buy GC would have the best utility for me as I am hoping to purchase a new laptop before year’s end and I could put the $25 toward that.

  22. I am on a diet but this is making me hungry! I would say my favorite is homemade coconut cake with vanilla icing. Oh my gosh! Yummy goodness! I had this as a birthday cake this year as my Mom was kind enough to make me one!

    My favorite dessert is Mud Pie – I just love the combination of coffee ice cream, chocolate cookie crust, fudge, and whipped cream – yum!!

  47. Banana cream pie is my all time favorite! I have to stay away from it because I have no will power to stop at one piece! I shop at all these places so it’s hard to pick! I would probably say best buy just because I’m starting on Christmas presents and I get a lot of them there. Thanks!
