Interstate BBQ’s desserts
It was during Date #9 with Jeff that I had a light bulb moment. I’ll go to BBQ restaurants (here in Memphis) for their desserts! It would be my BBQ dessert tour!
This marks the debut:
Interstate Bar-B-Q
The place was packed with a lunch crowd (always a good sign).
Sock it to Me Cake and Sweet Potato Pie
Both of these are the perfect size for one person (read: no sharing)
This cake had a good flavor and very moist too…
…and this Sweet Potato Pie, well, it was darn good!
I’ll go on record by stating this is the best Sweet Potato Pie ever!
