Equinox

Leave it to me to post this dessert today instead of waiting another week when the equinox is scheduled to occur (September 22nd). According to dictionary.com, equinox is “the time when the sun crosses the plane of the earth’s equator, making night and day of approximately equal length all over the earth and occurring about March 21 (vernal equinox or spring equinox) and September 22 (autumnal equinox)”.

I’m typically *overdue* in posting, not early. LOL. There’s really no point delaying showing you this:
