Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I think I’m almost at the end of my taking-the-easy-way-out phase in baking. I’m definitely a Cookie Monster, but I’ve been baking so much break-apart cookie doughs, I’m feeling super guilty.  I usually put effort in reviewing recipes….reading its reviews….and analyzing the ingredients like I did for the Lemon Loaf. So for me to spend mere minutes in reaching in the freezer, opening the package and breaking apart the pre-cut dough, you can understand how much I’m getting away with. LOL.

I start with the package…

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Then break apart the dough at the perforation and place on cookie sheet
I’m still using my insulated baking pan as my makeshift cookie sheet, LOL

I definitely like ‘em better than these.  The peanut butter flavor is more pronounced.  Even the morsels are all the cuteness.
