Chocolate Mousse Cake
Sign o’ the times. The restaurant industry is taking a licking.
So far, this is the 3rd restaurant that has called its quits after I popped in for dessert. The first two were in San Diego (Mille Feuille and A La Française), and just today, I saw the “For Lease” sign on the window. I can only presume dining out has become a luxury for households.
This was the culmination of my afternoon trolley-hopping some months back. Bruno’s Italian Restaurant was just steps away from the last trolley stop on the Madison/Medical Center line. And now I’ll never have this rich, chocolate dessert ever again. Life’s not fair sometimes.

Gawd, am I the only one who thinks this was sooo obscene (but in a good way)?!
From here on out, I declare that no more restaurants go out of business. *Hoping my positive karma will help*
