Desserts for Valentine’s Day (Desserts #1 & #2)

Valentine’s Day is Love. And love is chocolate. (My logic, anyway). So with Valentine’s Day less than 3 weeks away, I will be posting chocolate desserts (and sneak some that aren’t!) I’ve tried in San Diego. They aren’t the same level of “dreaminess” like Caribe….or Double Chocolate Bread Pudding….or Chocolate Truffle Slice, but they nonetheless totally made my day!

The flourless chocolate cake is covered in Belgian chocolate; Diggity Dang is a chocolate cake filled with creamy vanilla buttercream topped with chocolate ganache

Both desserts are available from Elizabethan Gardens in Encinitas (San Diego).
