Krusteaz Cranberry Orange Muffins

I didn’t bake these. Jeff, the guy I’ve been dating recently, did. Of course I helped!!! I picked out the mix….from his cupboard. Oh, and I supervised his every move too. I definitely didn’t want him to feel out of sorts or anything, in case he had questions for a real-life baking expert.

Okay, the truth is: Jeff baked these all by his lonesome….and I’m no expert. LOL. I offered to help, but he wasn’t interested. He wanted me to continue blogging. (What a greaaat guy, right?!) He did run into a few snags…and that’s when I finally got to help by adding my 2 cents. For one, he didn’t have enough regular-size cupcake liners, but had the mini-size on hand. After we–I meant he–filled all the liners, there was leftover batter, so he baked a few without ‘em.

And while I generally stay away from “Fat Free” foods, I was genuinely surprised how tasty these were.

They make an excellent muffin for breakfast…

By the way, the other Krusteaz product I enjoy is the Blueberry Pancake Mix.
