My Jake’s Truffle Cake (a flourless chocolate cake, OMG!) was soooooooo worth the wait. I was on Cloud 9 and levitating.
If there’s something else I learned from this, I am so not a swirler, not even a decent one. LOL.
I’ll definitely make this again before the year’s out with raspberries (yummmm!), maybe as early as Thanksgiving, if I can hold out that long.
