Springtime dessert

Lemon and blueberries (or any berries) are so “in” this time of year. That reminds me, the Downtown Farmers Market’s 2011 Season is only a couple of weeks away (beginning Saturday, April 16 from 7am-1pm).

I realized I was overdue for some cheesecake (from where else?  Cheesecake Corner, of course!), and this one was a no-brainer since I usually spend a few minutes mulling over all my options.  It blatantly stood out from the rest, not to mention it was perfect for ringing in the Springtime.
