Mexican Wedding Cookies

I absolutely love Mexican Wedding Cookies, but as much as I enjoy baking, I swore to myself I would only make ‘em during the Holidays. Why? It’s messy!!! The confectioner’s sugar gets everywhere!!! My sis-in-law found this particular concoction, but I seem to have misplaced my copy of it. Oopsie! I like my recipe better, shhhhhhhhh. 
UPDATE January 2009: Found a great recipe for these cookies.
